We want you to love your Aroma N Flames candles. Since each product is hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in colour, fragrance strength, or texture are natural and part of the handmade charm.
Returns & Exchanges
1. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference (fragrance, colour, size) due to the nature of our products.
2. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product you receive is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
1. If your order arrives damaged, you must:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Non-Returnable Items
1. Used candles, partially burned candles, or products without their original packaging.
2. Gift cards, sale items, and customised orders.
Refund Timeline
1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
2. In the case of COD orders, refunds may be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
Exchanges
1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
2. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
